His expertise in career management and human resources spans a variety of industries as well as military and higher education. Ron holds a bachelor's in management from United States Military Academy at West Point and a master's in human resources development leadership from the University of Texas at Austin. He served as a U.S. Army Intelligence Officer. His corporate career included senior roles in operations, HR, and program management in high tech, financial services and utility industries. Ron has been a lead adjunct faculty member at two universities specializing in business and HR courses.
